Built from weather-resistant 304 grade stainless steel, the BE1-36C features three U-burners, a full charcoal burner/smoker system, full-surface searing, double-sided grilling grates, and a secondary cooking system with 2-level racks and tray. DCS lists 630 sq. in. of primary cooking area, 534 sq. in. of secondary cooking area, and 1,164 sq. in. of total cooking area.
