Q: How fast can you deliver appliances on Oahu?
We keep top models in stock most orders placed by 10AM can be delivered same day based on availability. We also offer Saturday deliveries.

Q: My appliance went out after hours / overnight and I need an emergency replacement. Can you help?
If you have an appliance emergency then please send us a email using the contact form on our website. We have team member(s) that actively checks emails into the late hours of the night. Please say its an emergency and we will reach out to you ASAP and do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
We offer drop off free delivery on full kitchens (Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and ventilation) over $3000.
Excludes: Luxury products such as Sub-zero, Wolf, Cove, Monogram and Fisher & Paykel. Talk to your sales professional for more information.

Q: Do you offer delivery to hard to reach areas such as North Shore, Kahaluu and beyond, and Waianae / Makaha areas
Our in-house delivery team will deliver to these areas for an additional $50 surcharge. Delivery may not be available next day in these areas but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We also may use a 3rd party to deliver if required to these areas.

Q: Do you ship to the neighbor islands?
Yes! we do deliver to neighboring islands. We will deliver the appliances to port on Oahu. Any logistics and billing after we drop off the product at port is the customers responsibility. We have dealt with many customers from Molokai, Lanai, Kauai, Maui, and Big Island so we are experienced in handling neighbor island orders.

Q: Can Coastal Appliance Co. handle delivery, installation and haul away?
Yes! We offer local professional delivery, installation, and haul away services, ensuring your appliances are set up correctly and safely. Our local team takes care of the details so you don’t have to. For anything outside our scope of work, we will have a reputable 3rd party installer handle the job. Talk to your sales professional for details.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing and/or special pricing for builders, contractors, property managers and designers
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and wholesale tax if you are a builder, contractor or designer. Inquire about our special programs for contractors, builders, and designers. to take advantage of the incentives and pricing. 
As a member of NARPM we offer property managers a discounted delivery rate and special pricing on appliances.

Q: Do you sell used / second hand, scratch and dent appliances, and parts?

No we do not. We only sell brand new appliances direct from the manufacturer.
