Q: Do you service or repair appliances?

We do not service or repair appliances. If you need servicing or repair then for any of the following brands that is: GE, GE Profile, Monogram, Cafe, Haier, Hotpoint then please go to the manufacturers website below.

Q. Do you sell parts.?

We do not sell any parts for repair. If you are looking for parts locally, we recommend reaching out to Reliable Parts in Waipahu.

For Sub-Zero brand parts you can go to West Coast Parts.

Q: Do you sell used / second hand, scratch and dent appliances.

No we do not. We only sell brand new appliances direct from the manufacturer. 

Q: Why do you have no prices listed on the website.
We do not display any prices as most manufacturers have a minimum advertised price that all retailers must follow. This allows us to give you the best price possible when providing a quote.

Some luxury brands do not allow pricing to be displayed online due to strict pricing and sales policies. These brands often have a Hawaii UMRP that all retailers in Hawaii must sell at set by the manufacturer.

Q: How fast can you deliver appliances on Oahu?
We keep top models in stock most orders placed by 10AM can be delivered same day based on availability. We also offer Saturday deliveries via 3rd party.

Q: My appliance went out after hours / overnight and I need an emergency appliance replacement. Can you help?
If you have an appliance emergency then please send us a email using the contact form on our website. We have team member(s) that actively checks emails into the late hours of the night. Please say its an emergency and we will reach out to you ASAP and do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
We offer in-box drop off first floor delivery on full kitchens for free (Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and ventilation) over $3000.
Excludes: Luxury products such as Sub-zero, Wolf, Cove, Monogram and Fisher & Paykel. Also excludes any large sized appliance which includes built-in refrigerators, large freezers and pro ranges. Talk to your sales professional for more information.

Q: Do you offer delivery to hard to reach areas such as Hawaii Kai, North Shore, Kahaluu and beyond, and Waianae / Makaha areas
Our in-house delivery team will deliver to these areas for an additional $50 surcharge. Delivery may not be available next day in these areas but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. North shore deliveries are done by a 3rd party.

Q: Do you ship to the neighbor islands?
Yes, we can ship to the neighbor islands. Depending on your area and island, we can setup logistics to have appliances delivered to your door step/curb. We also can set up logistics for air cargo for airport pick up. Pick up at port is also an option as well.

Any logistics and billing after we drop off the product at port/airport is the customers responsibility. We have dealt with many customers from Molokai, Lanai, Kauai, Maui, and Big Island so we are experienced in handling neighbor island orders.

Q: Can Coastal Appliance Co. handle delivery, installation and haul away?
Yes! We offer local professional delivery, installation, and haul away services, ensuring your appliances are set up correctly and safely. Our local team takes care of the details so you don’t have to. For anything outside our scope of work, we will have a reputable 3rd party installer handle the job. Talk to your sales professional for details.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing and/or special pricing for builders, contractors, property managers and designers

Yes,
we offer wholesale pricing and wholesale tax if you are a builder, architect, developer, contractor, designer or in the building industry. Inquire about our special programs for contractors, builders, and designers to take advantage of the manufacturers/distributors incentives and pricing.

-For property managers we offer the best pricing possible and often next day delivery.

-For large quantity purchases, please reach out to us and we can assist you with the best possible pricing.
