Designed for serious home cooks, this professional all-gas range features four open burners, an integrated griddle, an integrated charbroiler, an extra-large convection oven, a secondary oven, and BlueStar’s signature handcrafted quality.
The cooktop includes two 22,000 BTU UltraNova™ open burners, one 15,000 BTU Nova burner, one 9,000 BTU simmer burner, a 12" integrated griddle, and a 12" integrated charbroiler. The griddle and charbroiler are each rated at 15,000 BTUs, giving home chefs the flexibility to sear, sauté, boil, stir-fry, simmer, melt, warm, griddle, and grill indoors with professional control.
Inside, the 48" format provides a double-oven configuration with a large convection oven for baking and roasting plus a secondary oven for added cooking flexibility.
