Designed for serious home cooks, this 48" range combines six X-8™ star-shaped sealed burners, an integrated 12" commercial-grade steel griddle, and dual electric ovens for versatile cooking performance.
The cooktop includes six X-8™ sealed burners plus a 12" griddle. The three front burners are rated up to 25,000 BTUs on natural gas, the three rear burners are rated at 18,000 BTUs, and the griddle is rated at 15,000 BTUs. Each burner also offers ultra-low control down to 500 BTUs, giving home chefs the flexibility to sear, sauté, boil, simmer, melt, and warm with precision.
Inside, the BSDF486G includes a large True Convection electric oven and a secondary electric oven for added cooking flexibility. The large oven features a 3,500-watt bake element, 5,000-watt broiler, 2,800-watt convection element, eight cooking modes, Sabbath setting, temperature probe, Quick Start™ cooking, and ContinuClean™ technology with a 90-minute express cleaning mode.
