The 36" cooktop includes four X-8™ sealed burners plus a 12" griddle. The two front burners are rated up to 25,000 BTUs on natural gas, the two rear burners are rated at 18,000 BTUs, and the griddle is rated at 15,000 BTUs. Each burner also offers ultra-low control down to 500 BTUs for simmering, melting, warming, and delicate sauces.

Inside, the electric oven features True Convection, eight cooking modes, a 7" touchscreen control, temperature probe, Sabbath setting, Quick Start™ cooking, and ContinuClean™ technology with a 90-minute express cleaning mode. The oven system also includes a 3,500-watt bake element, 5,000-watt broiler, and 2,800-watt convection element for consistent baking, roasting, broiling, proofing, and dehydrating.
