The Alfresco ALXE-42SZRFG combines professional grilling, infrared searing, rotisserie cooking, smoking, and refrigerated storage in one premium freestanding system.
Two Accufire™ stainless steel burners and one ceramic infrared Sear Zone™ create three independently controlled cooking areas. Together, they provide 82,500 BTUs across 770 square inches of primary grilling space.
The Mega-Drive™ rotisserie, Signature Taste™ smoker, three-position warming rack, and dual halogen lights expand its outdoor cooking capabilities. Beneath the grill, a 7.25-cubic-foot refrigerated cart provides one refrigerated door compartment and two refrigerated drawers for ingredients, beverages, and prepared foods.

Installation and Accessories
The ALXE-42SZRFG is designed for freestanding outdoor installation on a stable, level surface. Confirm the natural gas or liquid propane configuration before ordering and provide the manufacturer-specified gas, ventilation, drainage, and electrical provisions.
The grill and refrigerated base have separate electrical requirements. Provide properly grounded, weather-protected GFCI receptacles as specified by the manufacturer and installer. Allow sufficient clearance for ventilation, the hood, folding shelves, refrigerated door, drawers, and cart movement.
Compatible accessories may include a weather-resistant grill cover, cart-mounted side burner, commercial griddle, solid-fuel insert, steamer or fryer insert, indirect roasting pod, and wind guard. Confirm compatibility and availability before ordering.
