The Alfresco AIPG-36 combines powerful outdoor cooking performance with intelligent temperature monitoring and precision controls in a 36-inch built-in design.

Three stainless steel CoreFlame™ burners and Thermaglass™ radiant shields distribute heat evenly across 828 square inches of cooking space. Automatic ignition with auto-reignite helps maintain consistent burner operation.

The Intelli-Temp™ smart grilling system connects to the Alfresco smartphone app through Bluetooth®, providing real-time temperature information, timers and customizable cooking presets. A Sensa-Tek™ wireless temperature probe and four-zone digital display help monitor individual burner zones and internal food temperature.

Installation Considerations

The AIPG-36 is designed exclusively for outdoor installation.

Confirm the correct natural gas or liquid propane configuration before ordering. Gas connections should be completed by a qualified professional and comply with applicable local codes.

A dedicated, properly grounded 115-volt GFCI-protected electrical connection is recommended for the intelligent controls, ignition, rotisserie and lighting systems.

The grill enclosure should be constructed from noncombustible materials. An Alfresco-approved insulated jacket is required when installing the grill into a combustible enclosure.

Reliable Bluetooth® performance requires a compatible smartphone and the Alfresco grilling app. Mobile-device compatibility and app requirements may change.

Provide adequate ventilation, structural support and service access to the gas regulator, shutoff valve and electrical connection.
